Making DOTS work
9 October 2008

What this means is that one can now automatically track the progress of a document through the Deeds Office without having to perform multiple DOTS searches regarding its status. Every day WinDeed will send you an email telling you the document's latest status and whether it has changed or not. In this daily email you will see the following information:
  • Date of Deeds Office query
  • Document Barcode
  • Deeds Office branch name
  • Current DOTS status
  • Last DOTS status change
  • A property information summary
  • An owner information summary
For more information WinDeed.

Note: This feature will soon be available in WinDeed GD and Classic. Until then, WinDeed Express is a quick and easy on-line solution.
