A "law-talking guy", who describes himself as an eight-year-veteran of the Conveyancing Wars indulges in some spleen venting about the stress of being a conveyancer in England. He considers conveyancing to be a monstrosity and raises his ire at people who know nothing about conveyancing considering it to be the easiest thing in the world.
Basically conveyancing is very hard, highly skilled work, as it involves masses of changing rules, skill, concentration and even risks. Not to mention being held up to high standards of professionalism, yet being paid a fraction of what the estate agents get. Other topics on the blog include Choosing a conveyancer, all of which are amusing and illuminating.
