2012 Conveyancing Seminars

Allen West - Chief Deeds Training and author of the L.E.A.D Publication: The Practitioner's Guide to Conveyancing & Notarial Practice  will be using these seminars to update the conveyancing fraternity on the effect of the resolutions taken at the 2011 Conference of Registrars.

This seminar will focus on the 2011 Resolutions, providing the background to the decision taken followed by a full discussion on how each resolution will affect the day-to-day drafting of deeds and documents lodged at a deeds registry. Practitioners who do not familiarise themselves fully with the changes risk the possible rejection of deeds and documents resulting in dire consequences for themselves and their clients.

Conveyancers, conveyancing typists and paralegals involved in the day-to-day practice and procedure pertaining to conveyancing and notarial practice will therefore find these seminars very useful.
