Andrew Craig Conveyancing

In promising a "Fresh Approach to Conveyancing", Andrew Craig has developed a site which is a good example of what can be done using the web. It succeeds admirably in doing what many web developers forget when designing their sites, that is, to communicate.

The site is uncluttered by noisy adverts and flashing images or images drifting up and down the page getting in the way of what the potential client wants to read. Sections such as "Rent a home", "Buy a home", "Find a home", "Jargon" and "Conveyancing" are easily accessible. The site allows clients to see reports on how their house transfers are progressing by way of a secure pin number or they can register their cell phone numbers to receive SMS updates. The technology to do this exists - GhostEnquiry is a local example - and as users become more proficient so will their need to use it grow.
