Apportionment of fees

The recommended guidelines relate to conveyancing fees which will apply to all instructions by the conveyancer on or after 1 July 2009.

Conveyancers must note that they are not prescriptive and serve merely as a guideline when negotiating fees with their clients. See Circular 1/2009.
