ARTL step

In what is a giant leap for land registration in Scotland, a security over a real title was created and then discharged on the live land Register using the ARTL (Automated Registration of Titles to Land) system. The system is both easy to operate and intuitive, and will be rolled out later this year after an initial pilot. It represents a realisation of the vision of an automated land registration system.
