Cape Registrar's Circular 4/2010

Cape Town Registrar's Circular No.4 of 2010. The purpose of this notice is to provide clarity as to how the Registrars' Conference Resolutions of 2009 which came into operation on the 4th of January this year, will affect the office practice of the Cape Town Deeds Registry.

The following conference resolutions are covered by this notice:
RCR 61/2009

• Where multiple extensions of sections are reflected on a single plan of extension, all extensions must be registered simultaneously
• The procedure set out in Item 6.1 RC 3/2002 must be followed
• Item 6.2 RC 3/2002 is withdrawn
