Chief Registrar's Circular No. 3 of 2009 - In terms of section 44(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 1973 (Act No. 61 of 1973), Eyesizwe Coal (Proprietary) Limited (Registration Number 1999/010289/07) has changed its name Exxaro Coal Mpumalanga (Registration Number 1999/010289/07), with effect from 01 July 2008.
