In terms of the provisions of the Companies Act, 2008, Arrowhead Properties Proprietary Limited (Number 2011/000308/07), has been converted from a private company now known as Arrowhead Properties Limited (Registration Number 2011/000308/06), with effect from 26 October 2011.
