Chief Registrar's Circular 6/2009

Chief Registrar's Circular No. 6 of 2009 - the definition of "Corporation" in section 1 of the Legal Succession to the South African Transport Services Act (No. 9 of 1989) has been changed from the "South African Rail Commuter Corporation Limited established in terms of section 22" to mean "Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa established in terms of section 22". With effect from 23 December 2008, the relevant title deeds must be endorsed to reflect the change when they are lodged for an act of registration.
