Chief Registrar's Circular 7/2005

The Chief Registrar's Circular No. 7 of 2005 was released this week. It concerns the change of name of Ispat Iscor Limited to Mittal Steel of South Africa Limited. Because of the number of deeds that must be endorsed this will only be done when they are lodged for an act of registration.
