Chief Registrar's Circular 7/2008

Chief Registrar's Circular No.7 of 2008 - Agricultural Debt Management Repeal Act shall be deemed to have come into effect on 1 April 2008. It repeals the Agricultural Debt Management Act (Act No.45 of 2001). However sections 2, 7, 8(1), (2) and (3) - affecting mortgage bonds, conditions or restrictions registered against immovable property - are to remain in force until the agreements have been terminated and the debt associated with them have been recovered or otherwise extinguished.
