e-Conveyancing

Final phase

Land Information New Zealand is preparing for Phase III of its ground-breaking e-government project that will see the lodgement of title and survey transactions conducted completely online. The third phase will see the delivery of comprehensive user training to 1357 New Zealand conveyancing firms consisting of approximately 8142 users which will minimise the need for ongoing customer support and train all users prior to each release. Currently Landonline allows customers to transact 18 instruments electronically, but by October this year a further 344 instruments will be made available, before completion in 2008.
