What is GhostInstruct, and what does it do?
GhostInstruct is a deal-tracking and attorney-performance reporting system developed by Korbitec which allows banks to instruct and communicate with their panel attorneys. It is web-based and reports via the ConveyCentral solution. Subscribing attorneys will be able to update their stakeholders (mortgagor, estate agent, mortgage originator and bank) as to the status of a deal, and banks will have visibility of attorney's progress regarding related transfers and cancellations.

How does it work?
FNB CPF captures the essential instruction data and bank-specific data necessary. This instruction data is then sent to attorneys activated on the Korbitec-hosted Attorney Gateway.
