Homeowners want SMS updates

Most home movers want conveyancing services that offer tracking by Short Message Service (SMS) texts and online tracking, according to a survey by ConveyanceLink, a provider of conveyancing case management systems.

The survey found that 86% value online tracking and 89% want SMS alerts. Case management systems that include CRM and online tracking, e-mail updates and SMS alerts help home movers better understand the conveyancing process. Tracking is now commonplace among larger firms.
