The Know Your Neighbour service provides a comprehensive report on a range of local neighbourhood statistics. These include an aerial photograph and a five-year record of all planning applications made and consents granted within a 250-metre radius of a specified property. This service gives conveyancers a fuller picture than the conventional property search and will go a long way in preventing them being faulted by home buyers after the purchase.
