Lawyers contest exam rewrite

The leak occurred in only one of the SA Law Society's regions - see story and comments. According to a report in The Herald, the Cape attorneys have served papers in the High Court contesting the decision, while attorneys in Limpopo and in Pretoria are also expected to serve their papers. Lawyers have been in an uproar over the leaked exam papers, which have affected some 800 examinees.
