Pietermaritzburg Registrar's Circular No.1 of 2010. The purpose of this circular is to provide clarity as to how the Registrars' Conference Resolutions of 2009 which came into operation on the 4th of January this year, will affect the office practice of the Pietermaritzburg Deeds Registry.
