Pretoria Registrar's Circular No. 02/2013

1. A. Backlog
   The requirement to obtain permission to put forward deeds which are on preparation is hereby suspended. Deeds which are on prep legitimately and have been in the system for at least 7 working days can now be put forward without the consent of a Deputy Registrar


2. B. Hours or consultation
   The hours during which the Deputy Registrar may be consulted are between 8:00 am and 10:30 am.


3. C. Prep clerks
   No prep clerks will have access to officials of the rank of Senior Examiner or higher which will obviously include Assistant and Deputy Registrars. The provisions of paragraph 2 of Registrar's Circular 14/2002 are once again brought to your attention in this regard.
