Owing to firm austerity measures implemented by the Office of the Chief Registrar of Deeds, we regret to notify subscribers that we are no longer able to provide free postage of the SADJ to them. Subscribers may henceforth collect their subscription copy of the journal directly at the Deeds Training Directorate or at their local deeds registry where our dedicated Law Lecturers and Assistant Registrars of Deeds: Training will gladly assist subscribers until we migrate to the digital platform (online publication) in the near future. Full information on this new development will be announced in issue 37 of the SADJ. We wish to reaffirm our strong commitment to the sustenance of this renowned journal.

The Conveyancing Tables of Costs Ready Reckoner has been updated to reflect the changes made to the Conveyancing Fees Guidelines for the transfer of immovable property, applicable from 1st May 2021.
