Transfer duty applications: Delays and Solutions

A number of solutions are given to the following issues and problems which have been delaying the processing of  transfer duty applications by SARS recently:

1. More than one application being submitted for the same transaction;

2. Requests for Correction (RFC); and

3. Refunds

1. Type 1: Transaction that will not proceed
2. Type 2: Error on the receipt: replacement application to be made.
