WinXfer Plus

WinXfer Plus allows users to search property transfers, with a complete enquiry consisting of at least a property type, an area and a period. The transfers are generally accessed on a monthly basis, but an option exists to have the information updated daily.

Searchable details include:

• title deed number,

• registration date,
  
• seller, buyer and bondholder details,
  
• bond amount, and
  
• purchase date.
