Admin fee collection

By collecting the administration fee for generating a rates clearance certificate on behalf of the Mossel Bay and Bitou Councils, RatesClearance.com has taken another step in streamlining the rates clearance process.  Until now attorneys have had to make two payments - one for the actual amount outstanding for the rates and services and the other being the administration fee.  Sometimes because both amounts were paid to the same council account by mistake, delays followed as the payments had to be journalised and new receipts manually generated.  As from the 1st of September such problems should be a thing of the past.
