Bond clause

Law firm Smith Tabata Buchanan Boyes (STRB) is reminding its clients in a June 14 "Newsflash" that, with the new provisions of the National Credit Act coming into effect from the 1/6/2007, 'the bond clause in your deed of sale will now have to refer to a "quotation and pre-agreement statement " instead of a "mortgage loan approval" as in the past.'
