Cape Town Registrar's Circular No.5 of 2010 - withdrawal of Registrar's Circular No.1 of 2005 with immediate effect.

Circular Number 1 of 2005 dealt with inter alia:

Regulations 42, 43 and 44 of the Deeds Office Act.
Filing of liquidation and sequestration orders.
Amendments to Powers of Attorney.
Other areas of contention.
