Chief Registrar's Circular No. 10 of 2010
The Amendment Act's purpose is to substitute certain obsolete expressions and to enhance the application of the Deeds Registries Act in order to confirm to current and uniform practices of the deeds registries. This circular provides a brief explanation of the amendments with regard to only those amendments which relate to registration issues.

Changes are applicable to all transactions lodged after 23 December 2010.
