The Chief Registrar's Circular No.15 of 2005 concerns the change of name of AdvED Education (Pty) Ltd and Advtech Education (Pty) Ltd to the Independent Institute of Education (Pty) Ltd. Because of the number of deeds which have to be endorsed because of this name change, permission has been granted for them to be endorsed as and when they are lodged for an act of registration.
