Application of this Circular and the repeal of CRC 9 of 2008
New provisions relating to the issuing of Item 28(1) Certificates in terms of Schedule 6 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996 (Act No. 108 of 1996), have been issued. Chief Registrar's Circular No. 9 of 2008 is hereby withdrawn and substituted with this circular.
