In terms of section 44(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 1973, Chesterfin (Propietary) Limited (Registration No. 1993/005402/07), has changed its name to Chester Finance (Proprietary) Limited (Registration No. 1993/005402/07), with effect from 17 July 2006.
