In terms of section 44(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 1973, Sanlam Home Loans Guarantee Company (Proprietary) Limited (Registration No. 2003/029628/07), has changed its name to ABSA Home Loans Guarantee Company (Proprietary) Limited (Registration No. 2003/029628/07), with effect from 11 February 2011.
