Chief Registrar's Circular No. 4 of 2012 - Change of trustee in terms of Collective Investment Schemes Control Act (Act 45 of 2002)

The purpose of the circular is to address the procedure that needs to be followed with regard to the endorsing of title deeds/bonds to reflect the appointment of new trustees of Collective Investment Schemes.
