Good Day, I very much appreciate that the Lodgement of rates clearance certificates in terms of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act No 32 of 2000 and withdrawal of Chief Registrar’s Circular No. 1 of 2014. This makes our workflow so much easier. Our clients do not always understand why a transaction is taking forever and if the receiving of the rates clearance certificate would be by post or courier our workflow hampered. I thank you for withdrawal the Circular.
