Chief Registrar's Circular No. 6 of 2013

In terms of the Companies Act (Act No. 71 of 2008), VKB Landbou Beperk (Registration No. 2011/007000/06), has been converted from being a public company into a private company now known as VKB Landbou (Pty) Ltd (Registration No. 2011/007000/07), with effect from 08 January 2013.
