Chief Registrar's Circular No. 8/2013 - Conversion of Anglo Operations Limited from a public company into a private compay

Anglo Operations Limited (Registration Number 1921/006730/06) has been converted, in terms of the provisions of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act No. 71 of 2008), from a public company into a private company now known as Anglo Operations Proprietary Limited (Registration Number 1921/006730/07), with effect from 25 January 2013.
