Chief Registrar's Circular No. 9 of 2007 - In terms of section 44(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 1973 (Act No. 61 of 1973), Saambou Limited (Registration Number 1987/005437/06) has changed its name to Firstrand Finance Company Limited (Registration Number 1987/005437/06), with effect from 28 August 2006.
