In terms of section 44(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 1973 (Act 61 of 1973), Kumba Coal (Proprietary) Limited has changed its name to Exxaro Coal (Proprietary) Limited with effect from 2 November 2006.

CRC 4 of 2007
In terms of section 98 of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 2002 (Act 45 of 2002), Martprop Property Trust Scheme has changed its name to SA Corporate Real Estate Trust Scheme with effect from 15 November 2006.

CRC 5 of 2007
In terms of section 44(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 1973 (Act 61 of 1973), M Factors and Trade Finance (Proprietary) Limited has changed its name to Merchant Commercial Finance (Proprietary) Limited with effect from 11 February 2007.
