FICA Fees on Bonds
FICA fees are no longer automatically added to Statement of Account for further loans. Fields to select your options are added per institution to

Quotation Calculator - 'FICA fee payable?' field is appearing on the Quotation Calculator and makes merging of the FICA fees for quotations optional.

Extent on TD Forms
We are getting a lot of queries about the extent not being captured in the "Area of property" field on the TD forms. We are attending to this, but note that SARS have confirmed that they are happy with the extent only being in the main property description and the other portion being left open.
While we're on the subject of Extent, please remember that you cannot use a comma in the extent field as this will result in an error if you try to send an electronic rates request. You need to use a full stop in the extent field.

This month's recipe - Avocado Sprout Salad with Red Pepper & Olive Dressing
- 1 lettuce or a packet of mixed salad leaves
- 4 avocados, skinned and diced
- 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
- 1 punnet snap peas
Red Pepper & Olive Dressing:
- 1 teaspoon herb salt
- 2 medium red peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup pitted black olives
Arrange salad leaves on a platter and top with avocado, sprouts and peas. To prepare dressing, purée ingredients in a blender until smooth, and serve with salad. Couldn't be easier!
