Easy PSC

The locator service, called Property Service Connections (PSC), could save home movers hundreds of pounds by identifying the most appropriate legal and conveyancing expertise at the touch of a button. The system uses the latest technology to match a homeowner with a database of solicitors and estate agents according to the owner's marketing requirements, price range, location and other needs.

Some 20 firms have signed up and this number is expected to reach 50. An added advantage of the service is that the quote is broken down into solicitor or estate agent's fees as well as other specialist costs such as stamp duty. Marketing options and extra options are also given.
