Jeanette Vlooh 21/02/2012:

I must say that this is one of the fastest ways to draw up a transfer.  I received the instruction from Bergkruin and it took me 5 - 10 min to draw up the document and validate the property. Whala… it was ready for signature.  When you have to draw up a transfer while the client is waiting, this product is for you!!  I will refer this product to every Agent and Conveyancing Secretary.  It saves you time and hassles, especially for the Conveyancing ladies.  Further to this is that the Agent can upload the Deed of Sale and Id’s.  This is available for immediate printing and you have all the information on hand. This is a must have… It just makes your work easier!!!

Thanks Korbitec, I salute you!!!
