The ability to track the progress of a document through the Deeds Office via daily email notifications has now been enhanced by the additon of the following new features:

• The sending of a consolidated email on a daily basis to provide a concise overview of the status of all matters being tracked.
• Highlighting the REJECTION status of a matter*, and
• Providing a warning about any matter that has been delayed.

* Documents will be tracked for up to 5 days while in “Rejected” status
