The Portfolio Committee on Rural Development and Land Reform invites interested individuals and relevant stakeholders to submit written comments and indicate interest in making an oral submission on the Electronic Deeds Registration Systems Bill [B35 - 2017].

The Bill seeks to provide for electronic deeds registration, having regard to legislation regulating electronic communication and transactions, and to provide for matters connected therewith.

Written submissions must be directed to Ms Phumla Nyamza and be addressed to the Portfolio Committee on Rural Development and Land Reform 3rd floor, 90 Plein Street, Cape Town 8000, e-mailed to pnyamza@parliament.gov.za or faxed to 086 504 6848 by no later than Friday, 05 October 2018. In addition to the written comments, please indicate your interest in making a verbal presentation.
