Irish Homebuyers/Sellers to gain

In an article in the Irish Examiner of the 17 February, the launch of a new franchise operation was reported. The company - Home Buy/Home Sell - has fixed its solicitor's conveyancing fee to sellers and buyers of homes at €900. This amounts to a saving of €4 389 on a transfer of €450 000 and a saving of €1 788 on a transfer of €235 000. In addition to offering expertise and quality the company has also set up a call centre.
