Notice to clients re-correspondence letters
Please take note of the following requirements to ensure that all correspondence letters served upon interdict section are authentic:
- Letters to be in the firms/companies/sheriff office must have letterhead and logo.
- Full address, contact details and reference.
- When stamp is used, the said stamp must be on its original form.
Certified copies of the above correspondence letters will only be accepted on extreme circumstances with the approval from the Registrar or Deputy Registrar of Deeds i.e. when it is impossible to obtain the original.
Clients must ensure that the official at interdict or registry acknowledges receipt of all correspondences letters so served.
