or are not aware that this occurs in their firms, in order to get a Fidelity Fund certificate. The motion was proposed by Durban attorney Gavin Gow - chairman of the pressure group "Conveyancers for the Citizens".

In his motion he stressed that councillors should report corrupt activites of which they are aware or about which they have suspicions, to the SAPS.
