Landdirect.ie goes live

The new landdirect.ie service, created in partnership with Land Registry Ireland (LRI) by an international team led by Laser-Scan, has gone live. It offers a wide range of online services related to searching for and locating some 2.4 million land parcels, as well as obtaining details regarding pending and completed applications. The new landdirect.ie site is already supporting over 10,000 map requests per day.

This upgrade to the EAS is part of the groundbreaking Digital Mapping (DMapS) project, which will provide the Land Registry with a complete digital solution for land registration in Ireland.
