NAMA portal

The National Association of Managing Agents (NAMA) unveiled its new Internet web portal on 15 March 2007. This exciting portal is jam-packed with a host of informative, useful and user-friendly services and information.

Introductory booklets, amusing articles and straight-talking advice probe all aspects of sectional title body corporate survival, management and ownership. The main concept behind the portal is to empower all sectional title property owners to fully understand their sectional title property assets and to assist them in maximizing their benefits and returns by providing various educational tools and advice, free of charge.

Various major banks have already expressed a keen interest in utilising the many professional services offered by the portal. There is one catch, however: in order to unlock the portal's treasure trove, one's managing agent must be a registered member of NAMA.

As a member of NAMA your managing agent will be able to issue you with the required access codes by phone, fax or e-mail, enabling you to log on and utilise the many free services offered by the portal.
