Nedbank's reasons for bond refusal application

The reasons (which are among the valid reasons recognised by the Act) are:

• The documents contain financial, commercial, scientific or technical information, other than trade secrets, of which the disclosure would be likely to cause harm to the commercial or financial interest of the body.
  
• The documents contain information of which the disclosure can reasonably be expected to put them at a disadvantage in contractual or other negotiations or would prejudice them in commercial competition.
