Phishing scam

In the light of a recent phishing attack Lexis® Convey has published a reminder to encourage safe usage of their products so that users don’t fall victim to fraud, scams, phishing and theft. To this end:

  • Do not click on attachments, hyperlinks or icons in unsolicited emails. If in doubt, contact the Lexis Convey Support Team – where qualified consultants can confirm the authenticity of any functionality and/or communication.

  • Keep an eye out for spoofed websites. Check the Lexis Convey URLs when accessing product or marketing sites (www.lexisconvey.co.za).

  • Always check the email you have received has come from a valid domain. Lexis Convey will only send emails from @lexisnexis.co.za or @windeed.co.za.

Lexis Nexis technical teams are constantly reviewing their online security to ensure that their systems and your privacy of personal information remain protected.
