Social Justice Conference

Former Public Protector Prof Thuli Madonsela and Judge John Hlophe, the Judge President of the High Court of Cape Town, will be delivering keynote addresses at South Africa’s first Social Justice Conference on the 6th and 7th of March at Nelson’s Wine Estate, Paarl. The conference is part of a groundswell of support for mediation and other alternative forms of dispute resolution, which is making justice more affordable and accessible to many South Africans.

The conference will be of interest to both professionals and private citizens who would like to be peace makers or who have an interest to find out more about alternative ways of resolving conflict and answering the question: “Who are the collaborators in and across industries and how can we ensure that mediation achieves just outcomes?
