Social Justice Conference

Chief Justice His Honourable Mogoeng Mogoeng will be delivering the keynote address at this year's Social Justice Conference on the 4th and 5th of March to be held at Engedi in Gauteng. The first day will consist of presentations and the second day will consist of Master Classes.  As a note, the Rules Board for Courts of Law intends introducing into the Uniform Rules the following rule "Rule 41A: Mediation as a Dispute Resolution Mechanism".
